How much does banner printing cost? Prices per m², size and finishing
At PrintSimple, banner printing costs from € 4.40 per m² for banners up to 40 m² and from € 5.99 per m² for XXL banners of 40 to 200 m² (excl. VAT). What you ultimately pay depends on five things: the size, the material, the finishing, whether the banner may be folded, and how many banners you order.

What determines the price of a banner?
1. The size
Banners are priced per m². A banner of 3 x 1 metres is 3 m², and a banner of 4 x 2 metres is 8 m². Above 40 m² per banner, you order an XXL banner, which has its own price per m².
2. The material
After size, the material has the biggest impact on price. The "from" price applies to the most affordable material; budget mesh, for example, is the cheaper version of standard mesh. Heavier or special materials such as blockout (610-650 g) are priced higher. The differences between materials are explained in which material to choose for your banner.

3. The finishing
A banner without finishing is the most affordable. Every hem, eyelet, or tunnel adds work and is reflected in the price. More eyelets do spread the tension better in windy conditions. Which finishing you really need is explained in which finishing to choose for banners.
4. Folded or not
If the shortest side of your banner is longer than 200 cm, you choose whether it may be shipped folded. Folded is cheaper, but fold lines may remain visible. For a banner that hangs high up or is seen from a distance, that's usually not a problem. Read more in folding or rolling your banners.
5. The quantity
You can order from just 1 piece. If you order several banners up to 40 m², you can also combine different designs in one order.

How can you save on a banner?
- Choose the size carefully. A banner that is 20 cm narrower won't be noticed from a distance, but it makes a difference on large quantities.
- Only choose the finishing you need. If the banner is attached to a frame with bungee cords, eyelets in the corners or every 50 cm are enough.
- Have large banners folded if they hang high up or are seen from a distance.
- Combine designs in one order if you are ordering for several locations.
- Choose the right material for the location. A frontlit banner on a long fence can tear in the wind. Mesh is cheaper there in the long run.
