• Diplomas don't "blow us away". But your motivation, eagerness to learn, skills and team spirit will.
• Formalism is superfluous! A flat hierarchy with professionalism and respect for each other is what counts.
• Working remotely? Yes, that's an option.
• Is working strictly 9-to-5 or extremely long hours key? No, it's your output that counts!
• Multitasking and permanent availability on WhatsApp, e-mail, ... is so yesterday. Just focus and tackle your tasks one by one.
