The right of withdrawal can only be validly invoked by clients who buy producs online in their capacity as consumer.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, without payment of a fine and without justification of this decision, within 14 days following the day when the goods were delivered or the day following the conclusion of the service-agreement.
The consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase if the products were made according to his specifications and/or in the case where the products have a distinct personal or perishable character. In these cases, the right of withdrawal is not applicable and will expire.
In the cases where the right of withdrawal does not expire, the consumer who wishes to invoke this right shall contact us within 14 days after delivery (please also send the completed form "Withdrawal of agreement consumers") and will deliver the products to us within 20 days following the day of delivery. This delivery will happen at the expense and to the risk of the consumer, except in the case of non-conformity. The products shall be delivered to us by courier (DPD, DHL, UPS, etc.). Only products which are still in their original and undamaged packaging, together with their accessories, manuals and their invoice or proof of purchase will be accepted back. In no case whatsoever will used, dirty, damaged, tailor-made or incomplete products be accepted back by us. Neither will goods of which the security seal is broken or which by their nature cannot be sent back, be accepted back by us.
