Where can I add my voucher?

Hurray, you are the lucky owner of a PrintSimple voucher! But where & when can you use it? Well, you can use the voucher in a shopping cart or when confirming a price quote. When requesting a price quote you do not have to send a voucher.

In your shopping cart

Using a discount code in your shopping cart is easy, just follow these steps:

1. Go to your shopping cart
2. In the sidebar there is a voucher field below the overview. (see figure 1) Enter your voucher.
3. Click on the "Apply" button.
4. Your voucher has now been applied and you can view your discount in the overview.

With a price quote

In most cases a voucher can be used when confirming a price quote. If vouchers cannot be combined with a quotation, it is indicated. (see figure 2)

1. Start confirming your price quote.
2. In the sidebar there is a voucher field below the overview. (see figure 3) Enter your voucher.
3. Click on the "Apply" button.
4. Your discount code has now been applied and you can view your discount in the overview.

Do not you see a discount? Then something has probably gone wrong. For example, the voucher is no longer valid or the voucher does not apply to the selected products. Don't understand the error? Contact us.
