When will I receive my order?

In general, our delivery terms are presented as a period of possible delivery days, e.g. 2-3 business days, 4-6 business days or 2-3 weeks. For example, for 2-3 business days, you must wait a minimum of 2 and maximum 3 business days until your order is delivered on location.

Note: we speak of business days. Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and closing days are therefore not included.

Every delivery time consists of two parts:

  • Production time: the time we need to make your order. This depends on your product selection: the type of product, the quantity, and the chosen decoration technique all play a role.
  • Shipping time: the time your shipment is in transit. This varies by product and by destination country.

The delivery term starts when all following criteria have been met:

  • Your order has been placed.
  • Your payment has been completed. That means that we have received your payment, or that you can pay by invoice.
  • Your correct (!) files have been received and—where applicable—approved. Be sure to check the design guidelines of the ordered product to make sure you deliver correctly formatted files.

The moment we send your order, you will receive an email to inform you about the shipment. From then on, you’ll know your shipment is on its way, and you can find the specific delivery time for that particular product to your destination country on the product page itself or in your quote. Still haven’t received anything 3 business days after the specified delivery time? Please send us a message via the contact form. We will then check with the transport company what is going on. 

"Express"-orders are usually delivered within 24(-48) hours. The delivery of pallets can take up to 4-6 business days.

For our shipments we work together with various transport companies. Each transport company has specific time blocks in which the delivery of your package takes place.

In general, the time of delivery is between 8 am and 6 pm. In some cases, even until 8 pm. Unless of course other arrangements are made, such as a guaranteed delivery before 11 am.
