Which material should you choose for outdoor use?
For most outdoor banners, you choose between three materials:
- Frontlit (510 g, FR B1): the all-rounder with the sharpest print. Suitable for a facade, frame, or sheltered spot.
- Mesh (270-280 g, FR B1): perforated and wind-permeable. The safest choice for fences, scaffolding, and open locations.
- Blockout (610-650 g): blocks light and can also be printed on both sides (4/4).
There are also lighter polyester materials (ProPES), speaker mesh, backlit and PVC-free eco materials such as Eco Decor, made from recycled PET bottles. All materials with their pros and cons are listed in which material to choose for your banner.
Finishing: how will you hang the banner?
You choose the finishing when you order. With eyelets (in the corners, every 30 cm or every 50 cm) you attach the banner to a fence, facade, or frame. A seam reinforces the edges. Supplying your design
All banners are printed in full color. You upload your design when ordering; for banners up to 40 m², you can also combine several designs in one order. Keep important text and logos away from the edges so eyelets or a tunnel don't cut through them. If your project doesn't fit the standard options, request a custom quote.
