QR codes as an interesting information platform

QR codes: a source of information

QR codes today are tremendously easy to scan with your phone's camera. They can contain a lot of interesting information about your company or another specific message. QR codes are also useful to bridge the gap between a static and "offline" medium, and an interactive and "online" medium. You can easily have them printed on a product of your choice to inform and convince the customer. Doesn't that sound like music to your entrepreneurial ears?

Some advantages of a QR code:

  • You no longer have to type a long and complicated URL. Faster and above all error-free!
  • You leave a first impression that will not be easily forgotten.
  • You can immediately interact with potential customers.
  • You can communicate effectively and can track the number of interactions.
  • You can easily switch from an offline to an online channel.
  • You save costs and act more sustainably by printing less and being able to update information digitally. No more bulky folders that regularly end up in the rubbish bin because they are out of date.

Some interesting ideas at a glance:

Business cards: Using a QR code, in addition to your name, job title and telephone number, you can also link your social media profile, a landing page (e.g. Linktree) or a personal video message or company film to your business card. It is clear and above all an original idea.

Flyers: With a QR code on a flyer you can easily refer people to a specific page on your website. It saves them a lot of time and research. You can also be sure that the customer is directed to the right page, so confusion can be avoided.

Stickers: It is very useful to have a QR code printed on a sticker. You simply stick the sticker, wherever you want and thus give information to the customers in a smooth way. They are often used as menu cards in the hospitality industry, but they are suitable for many purposes.

Gadgets: Gadgets are ideal for QR codes. You can easily hand them out at fairs, events or to your customers or suppliers. By putting useful information or a link to your website in the QR code (potential) customers will immediately get to know your company. In addition, you can also provide information about the gadget itself via the QR code, such as the positive, social impact it creates, its sustainability, the craftmanship with which it was manufactured, etc.

QR codes can be printed on almost everything. Do you have an idea? Start designing today!
